  • Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
  • He is a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) and an expert in Infrared Technology.
  • Associate member of Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR) and Environmental Data Resources (EDR​)
  • As a hobby, Oscar enjoys aerial photography of Real Estate Properties.
